Terms and privacy

Travel terms and privacy

Plain terms for how an inquiry becomes a booking, and what happens to the details you send us.

How a booking works

You send an inquiry from this site. The team replies by email with availability, cabin options and the fare for your party. If you accept, you receive a booking contract. Payment is arranged directly with the team after the contract is agreed; this site never takes a card or bank detail.

Changes and cancellation

Requests to change a date or cabin are handled by email and depend on availability at the time of the request. If you cancel after the contract is signed, the terms in that contract apply, including any cancellation fee stated there. Weather or ice may change an itinerary; in that case the captain decides the substitute call and the team informs you as early as possible.

Travel documents

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and, where required, a Schengen visa for the full route, including any calls outside the Schengen area. Check the entry rules for your nationality before paying a deposit. Travel insurance is not included and is recommended for every sailing.

Privacy notice

When you submit an inquiry we store your name, email address, the route or cabin you asked about, your travel window, party size and any message you add. We use these details only to answer your inquiry and to prepare a quote. We do not sell them and do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Inquiry records are kept while your booking is active and for the period needed to handle any later question about the trip. You can ask us to correct or delete your inquiry at any time by writing to the address below, and we will confirm what was removed.
